About Laurie

I am a coach, a minister, an officiant, and a Certified Nutrition Consultant. I work with individuals and groups, inviting clients to consider physical illness, imbalances, and emotional challenges as opportunities to awaken more deeply to an inner source of loving.

I was raised in southern Minnesota. After completing my undergraduate studies in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, my heart searched for a counseling program that would provide an experiential education beyond the textbook. Just as I began my search, I heard about Southwestern College in Santa Fe. My soon-to-be husband and I packed our bags and headed to the Land of Enchantment. The transformational psychology counseling program was unique in that the first year was dedicated to the students’ own inner curriculum of discovery. The process opened a rich inner journey and transformed my life.

A health challenge in 2013 led to a physical collapse and brought my body into the conversation of transformation that I had begun. A desire to go deeper into myself led me to Bauman College, where I was certified as a Nutritional Consultant. In this work I learned the deep connections between the body, the emotions and the Soul and how they support and impact each other.

My deepening curiosity led me to Noetic Field Therapy, taught by Robert Waterman and Karey Thorne, teachers I’ve worked with since 2005. Noetic Field Therapy, or Aura balancing, assisted me to start dissolving limited beliefs about myself and choose radical self forgiveness. I entered an intimate conversation with the divine that opened me to the truth that my purpose is to bring love. A greater flow of loving and acceptance came into my life. I completed the course in 2017 and became a practitioner myself.

It is an incredibly joyful experience to gather in the Loving with clients and witness an awakening, a rebirth, an understanding that the truth of us is Love.

Shortly after completion of the Noetic Field Therapy Training, I experienced multiple pregnancy losses. These losses took me to a place beyond words, a place where the agony of loss and the ecstasy of loving converge and become one. In this place of excruciating transformation, I experienced a kind of calling, a powerful and necessary deepening of the heart, and I rose to it.
